The event’s signature 360 stage surrounded the entire environment with full content projection, soundscapes and kinetic fabric to conceal and reveal seating areas for a range of speakers, keynotes and panel sessions.
Branding and communication was an integral part of the design and production process. Key messaging was visually and physically linked to guest participation and each space reflected a unique story and experience that catered for a variety of themes, sponsors and topics.
This project challenged my leadership and creativity, as my responsibility grew alongside the project and creative scope. Managing and guiding a studio of multiple designers through a complex project has enabled me to understand the importance of curating an appropriately talented team, and supporting them, through empathy, in order to design a space, experience and engagement for a detail orientated client.
